Why only two gifts?

Because two is enough. Most gift companies make a hundred options and none of them feel particularly considered. We'd rather get two right than forty wrong.

What is in The Signature?

A custom walnut chest engraved with the family name on the exterior and your brokerage name inside the lid. Inside: two laser-engraved tumblers, an heirloom maple cutting board with family and brokerage details, an artisan Turkish towel, and a wax-sealed handwritten note.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. Complimentary shipping on orders above $175. Below that, we charge per zone: $12–$18 Greater Vancouver, $18–$28 BC + Prairies, $22–$34 Central (ON/QC), $28–$42 Atlantic, $40–$55 Territories. The lower number is Essential-only, the higher covers Signature. International shipping is not yet supported.

How long does delivery take?

The Essential ships within 48 hours of the order being placed. The Signature within 72. Greater Vancouver arrives in 1–3 business days. Prairies (AB, SK, MB) 2–4. Ontario and Quebec 3–5. Atlantic Canada 5–7. Territories 7–10.

Are closing gifts tax-deductible for realtors in Canada?

Yes. These are 100% tax-deductible under CRA rules as legitimate business promotion expenses, distinct from meals or entertainment. We're not accountants, so check with yours for your specific return.

Can I customize the gift?

Yes. Every Signature box includes personalized tumblers with your clients' names and a cutting board engraved with their family name. You can also add a gift message on the card. For wholesale, we engrave your brokerage name inside the chest lid.

Can I put my brokerage logo on the outside of the box?

No, and that's on purpose. The outside stays clean so your client sees a beautiful gift first. Your brokerage name goes inside the lid, they open it and see your brand. Their family name is on the cutting board. That's the order of operations that works.

How do the sample boxes work?

If you are a Canadian real estate agent or brokerage team lead, you can request one free Essential to give at your next closing. One per brokerage. No commitment. See /sample.

What happens if my client doesn't like it?

In practice, this hasn't come up. But if it does, email us. We'll figure something out.

Why only real estate?

Because closing gifts for real estate agents is a distinct craft. The gesture, the timing, the message, the moment a client walks into a new home. We'd rather do one thing well than ten things generically. If your use case sits somewhere adjacent, email us and we'll see if it fits.

Do you do corporate orders outside real estate?

Right now we focus on closing gifts for the Canadian real estate community. For larger corporate orders outside that, email tohfacustomgifts@gmail.com and we'll see if it's a fit.

What if the gift arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it, no charge, no forms. See /returns.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific closing date?

Yes. Note the date on your order or reply to your confirmation email and we'll coordinate.
