Every gift is hand-crafted in Vancouver and shipped by Canada Post. Five zones, fair rates, nothing complicated.
Where we ship
Every province and territory in Canada. From Victoria to St. John's, from the Lower Mainland to Whitehorse. Greater Vancouver addresses receive same-week delivery.
Orders outside Canada are not yet supported. For international requests, write to tohfacustomgifts@gmail.com and we will see what is possible.
Free above $175
Complimentary Canada-wide shipping on orders of $175 or more. No matter the zone. Below that threshold, you pick your zone at checkout and pay the rate calibrated for it.
Rates by zone
Rates below reflect the weight of the package. Orders with only The Essential use the lighter column. Orders containing The Signature use the heavier column, because the walnut chest and cutting board add real weight to the box.
- Greater Vancouver (BC): $12 Essential · $18 with Signature · 1–3 business days
- Rest of BC + Prairies (AB, SK, MB): $18 Essential · $28 with Signature · 2–4 business days
- Central Canada (ON, QC): $22 Essential · $34 with Signature · 3–5 business days
- Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PE, NL): $28 Essential · $42 with Signature · 5–7 business days
- Territories (YT, NT, NU): $40 Essential · $55 with Signature · 7–10 business days. If we overcharge on the actual postage, we refund the difference.
The final rate is calculated at checkout. Nothing is added after the fact.
Crafting time
Every gift is personalized by hand in Vancouver before it leaves the workshop.
- The Essential ships within 48 hours of the order being placed.
- The Signature ships within 72 hours, because the wood chest and cutting board are engraved individually.
A specific delivery date
If a gift needs to arrive on the exact day of a closing, a birthday, or a milestone, note the date at checkout. We will coordinate the ship date to land it precisely.
Tracking
A confirmation email arrives the moment the order is placed. A second email follows with a tracking link when the gift leaves our workshop. Replies reach us directly.
