If it's our fault,
we fix it.

Because every box is packed by hand for a specific recipient, we don't do open returns. But we do stand behind our work.

If the box arrives damaged

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it, on us. No forms. No hoops.

If we got an engraving wrong

That's on us. We'll make a new card, re-engrave the board, and reship the affected items at no charge. Reply to your confirmation email with a photo of what we sent and the correct text.

If you ordered the wrong one

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll swap it or cancel and refund you in full, as long as we haven't started packing. Once we've cut the wood or engraved the card, we can't reverse it.

Why we don't take open returns

Every box is made for a specific person. Names are engraved. Cards are written. Items are personalized. Even if a box came back unopened, we can't resell it and feel good about it. So we built the policy around getting it right the first timeinstead.

The honest version

We're a small shop. If something's genuinely wrong, tell us . tohfacustomgifts@gmail.com, and we'll work it out. Nobody here is counting pennies.
